Job Creation: Nigerian Entrepreneurs Partner Silicon Valley for Opportunities

Abuja—Worried by the state of the Nigerian economy, some U.S-based Nigerian entrepreneurs are collaborating with technology giants at Silicon Valley to develop strategies for improving the economy through technology application.

The overall aim is to help create jobs for Nigerians and boost the economy. As a first step to attract tech-based economic opportunities from key technology investors from the California-based Silicon Valley giants, the Nigerian business executives are partnering with top U.S technology entrepreneurs to host a week-long business event between   September 24 and 30, 2017, at Silicon Valley to expose Nigerians to possible areas of investments that can boost Nigeria’s economy.
